Renee Mobile Application (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a healthcare and hospital management platform that provides appointment booking, medical record management, and telehealth consultation services.

  • Profile photos and uploaded medical documents

  • Real-time audio and video data during telehealth consultations (processed in real-time only and not used for any unrelated purposes)

We use collected data strictly for healthcare service functionality:

  • Enable telehealth services (audio/video consultations)

  • Manage appointments between patients and healthcare providers

  • Maintain electronic medical records

  • Process payments and generate invoices

  • Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access

 

3. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

We may share limited data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary for app functionality:

  • Agora.io – Real-time audio/video communication for telehealth consultations

  • Razorpay – Secure payment processing and billing services

  • Firebase (Google) – Authentication, database storage, analytics, and push notifications

  • Cloud infrastructure providers – Secure data hosting and storage

All third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and security standards.

Requests are processed within 7–14 business days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

 

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Renee Mobile Application integrates the following services:

Agora.io

Used for secure real-time audio and video consultations between patients and doctors.

Razorpay

Used for secure payment processing and billing.
Renee does not store card or banking details.

Firebase (Google)

Used for authentication, database storage, analytics, and notifications.

 

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Renee App is intended primarily for users 18 years and older.

In limited cases, data of minors may be processed only under supervision of parents, guardians, or authorized medical professionals.

We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate authorization.

 

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and reflected within the application.
